Evening All,

We are clearing out the spare room, which has been home to my OH's various Motorbike parts/tools, DIY stuff and general crud!

Now that the carpet is becoming visible again, there are some noticable bike grease/oil marks on the carpet. We have just bought a carpet cleaner, which is sorting out the rest, but not much luck with the oil.

Anyone got any tried and tested suggestions?

Thank you!

Spray with WD40 and leave for a few minutes then blot with kitchen roll. Rub gently then clean with soap powder in warm water.
WD40 worked for me aswell...
