oxy washing machine balls

any idea how you keep the small balls in the plastic cage, every time i wash i am collecting the balls out of the drum and in the clothes, very time consumming. only wash at 30 deg so cant be too hot for it.

I think you're supposed to leave them in the cage.

yes they do start out in the cage but by the end of the wash the cage is open and millions of tiny balls loose in the washing machine drum to sort out.

I think you may have a faulty ball as I use tehse and have never had a problem.
