Mrs C, the Court of King Caractacus should only be attempted when you're seriously trollied.....however it's wise to make sure your little ones do it at the other end of the room to save therm from injuries from your flailing limbs. And no, I have NEVER done it myself <cough>

I'm also equally ashamed to say that I love Peter Kay's Road to Amerillo, and have been known to do the running on the spot actions and the clapping in the chorus and singing away in my dulcit tones at the top of my voice (again trollied) a number of times.
