I have been feeling a bit bloated of the past couple of days - can think of any reason why and dont have any particular food intolerances! What would be a good thing to have for dinner that wont add to this - or is it difficult to suggest something when I dont know what has caused it!
Sounds like you need something to clear your insides out. I'm not sure what though!
Baked beans?
Maybe have a light salad with ham and/or boiled egg for your dinner?
i am going away for the weekend tomorrow that dont want to do anything drastic at the mo that might make me spend it on the toilet, ha ha!! yes a light salad would probably be a good idea!
I didn't mean baked beans and egg together and I'm not a nutritionist so I don't know what's best, all I know is that beans have that effect on me if you get what I mean! lol
