When Neo meets the Oracle, the music in the background is "I'm Beginning to See the Light" by Duke Ellington. The Lunatic Calm track is used during the Dojo scene.

Naw, Im thinking of the one when Tank says "Fansten your seat belts, please observe the no smoking sign...etc" And they are all in the chairs going in and then in the room where the phone is ringing. Its before they meet the Oracle, but they're going into the Matrix from "the real world"

I think the song you are referring to is "Prime Audio Soup" by Meat Beat Manifesto, off the LP "Actual Sounds and Voices". Can't recall if it is on the Matrix soundtrack or not.
