How to search an entire site or finding an image on the internet using file name?

I have an image on my pc that I downloaded a month or so ago from a MySpace profile. It still has the original filename but I can't seem to find a way to use that filename to find the original profile it came from. So I was wondering if there is any way to search an entire site for a specific file, or find an image just by using it's filename. I've tried searching the filename on various search engines, and tried tineye.com with no luck.

Problem with item i sold in good faith on ebay!!!

Does an .jpg image put on the internet at 300dpi give a better give a better print photo than one put on at 72dpi.

It is entirely possible the owner of the photograph deleted it or renamed it.

That might be the case if they deleted it. They can't rename it though as the filename is generated by MySpace when it is uploaded. I think the only thing I can really do is upload the picture somewhere and ask if anyone has seen the person.

I doubt that you'll find the image file but, to answer your actual question, Google allows you to search a specific website by adding the word 'site' followed by a colon and the relevant domain name.

For example to search the BBC website for all references to Abba, use this search string:
abba site:bbc.co.uk

Using that search string with ('normal') Google, unsurprisingly, bring up loads of pages of text (on the BBC site) which refer to Abba. To find all of the images, on the BBC site, picturing Abba, you would need to search (with the same string) using Google Images:
