I've just been to my local Tesco in Colliers Wood to buy the Saturday Telegraph but had to get it elsewhere. They had a huge stack but they were all missing the colour supplement, the tv & radio magazine, the Weekend and Your Money.
I explained to the girl at the check-out and she called the Manager, who arrived with another copy of the paper, which was also missing most essential bits.
I told him in a loud voice he should remove all the Telegraphs they had on display and it was wrong to sell them like that.
He won't take any notice, I'm sure, but there will be a lot of angry customers.
My ASDA supermarket had the supplements but not the main bit so they did not put them out and stated they had put out a call to the suppliers and were waiting for the delivery.
this happens so often that I always check before I buy as I imagine most other people do to. I've noticed of late some shops have all the supplements in a plastic bag - do they pay extra to get that done?
