Could you gently use a ceramic hob scraper?
Acetone is the antidote for superglue, commonly the main constituent of nail varnish remover.

Test a small hidden area of the worktop to check that it does not attack/dissolve the laminar top, before use.
Any good DIY store or hardware shop will sell superglue remover. I believe Hymie is correct in that it is based on acetone.
Be careful....if you have a shiny worktop...the acetone may create a dull patch ....

As Hymie says..do a test on a hidden section first....
Im a kitchen fitter and we always use acetone without any problems.

Acetone plus lots of elbow grease and maybe blistered fingers but it comes off.
