Hotmail Junk reporting
10 Answers
When clearing out junk e-mail from Hotmail, you get a chance to report it. Why precisely should I report it and what difference does it make? I always report Hotmail staff e-mails as junk yet they still send it to me. Are they giving the impression they are doing something about spam without actually doing anything?

However many times you report the hotmail staff emails, you will still get these! You should switch to Gmail. 2500Mb inbox, 10Mb attachment size. It's awesome. Still in beta though, so you can't sign up without an invite. I've got loads of free invites if you want one. Just need your email. That applies to anyone else who wants one too.
[email protected] enquires whether the Gmail will allow direct e mails via Outlook Express please? If so I should like an invite. Neither my hotmail.com or yahoo.com will allow OE mails unless I pay an extra 20 p.a for a .co.uk address. I get some requested bulletins daily, with pop-up links to apply to. If I apply up comes the OE grey window for my e mail direct which if used, as I found out early on, lets me type out my message, click 'send' - then a big nothing happens except I see a notice about POP3 servers. Perhaps Gmail allows?
