Why is it Madonna is criticised???

OK.. I wondered.. why is it Madonna adopts David Banda from Malawi and is slammed in the press yet Angelina Jolie adopts 3 (or is it 4 now?) foreign children and gets no negative press at all.
Madonna adopts child No.2 who was dumped in an orphange by the extended family and gets slammed AGAIN. Yet AJ doesnt.

AJ and Brad have made it clear they want even more natural children and adopted - yet never seem to get the press slating them the way Madonna does.

Why is this I wonder?

i personally think what shes doing is a fab thing, shes taking a child out of a poor deprived exsitance and giving it a home, education and love, whats so wrong with that? good luck to them i say!

see thats another thing i cant understand over in this country. It seems as soon as you turn 35 your written off to be a good adoptive parent, surely and older person giving a child a home and love is better than keeping them in a home!

brad and ang got a critical write up in this weekends sunday times - can't find a link to the article but the gist of it was they the rode over human rights in their pursuit of adopted kids and the perfect setting for their natural births (e.g. total control over an african state).

Could it be because Brad and Angelina are a Mum 'n' Dad (which is what most kids seem to want), while Madge is a rich, attention seeking celebrity, who has recently gone through a break up and is looking for something else to (temporarily ?) fill a gap in her life while keeping on her high-profile career (it's not as if she needs the money to support her family) ?

equally perhaps b and A didnt bypass all procedures. Yes children are put in orphanages abroad but mainly as their parents cannot afford to care for them . If they had the money Madonna paid for the baby to care for them themselves theen surely it would be better for the child to be brought up by their parents. Besides there are huge cultural implications with bringing non national children up as national children disregarding their names , language and culture as well as their biological family
