Actor in Shreddies Advert

Does anyone know the name of the actor who appears in the bitesize shreddies advert 'knitted by nanna's' ?
A familiar face from the past I think.

I'm guessing Rob means the character "Charles", but I don't know who he is.

Thanks for the responses, yes, it's Charles, the guy sitting at the table sampling the Shreddies. His face seems familiar to me but can I think where from !!!
