treacle toffee

have made treacle toffee its not gone hard, what did i do wrong and is there anything i can do to salvage it.

Hi cally,
did you boil it for long enough? You need to bring it to the boil while stirring for 10 minutes. Drop some of the mixture on to a saucer of cold water, if it forms a hard ball it's ready x

You can try to reboil it and hopefully it will reset but becareful it doesn't burn.If not I'd turn it into fudge.

Maybe you boiled it before all the sugar was melted?
