Is there a formula to convert cholesterol levels from SI Units of mmol/l to Traditional units mg/100mg and the other way around? The comparatives according to my diary are 3.6-6.6 mmol/l = 140-250 mg/100 ml. Thank you in anticipation.

The conversion factor is 39.

Note that 100ml = 1dl.
