Thank you rinkins and NoMercy , I'm ok thanks . The care team doctor was lovely and is arranging all the speech therapy and physio , occupational therapy etc , rails , and personal alarm for me . xxxxx

I would like to be NoMercy hun , but looking realistically , there's no cure for Motor Neuron Disease so you don't ever get better , but the therapies are to help you as your needs progress . :-(
