pop ups helllpppp????

if i click on say a page do do a car insurance quote i get pop ups about the same thing etc..or if i go play games on a site i get pop ups about games ive turned pop up blocker on etc still get them driving me mad how do i stop them ????

Go to

and download Popup Manager. v. 1.0.2.1.
It automatically opens with your Browser.
A little bar shows green at the side of the browser and turns red if a popup tries to open.
You can either allow it or just not bother with it .
I've used this for years.

open the internet explorer.
go to the tools>privacy>click the pop up blocker tab and click OK and apply.
