hi bigmamma,slept a lot today,didnt wake til 2.30 pm,thats 14 hours i slept,and i will go to my bed at the usual time tonight and still sleep,i hate having to take these tablets,but no choice,anyway,are you good?

Oh bless you , you obviously need your sleep hun , do you wake feeling refreshed or are you tired most of the time ?
Each day rolls into the next when you have a lot of tablets to take don't they , you think ...didn't I just take that one not so long ago ....
Do any of your tablets make you drowsy ? I do hope you have a good evening sweetie .
I'm not too bad today thank you , I got into town at lunch time , and had a short afternoon nap :-)

i also suffer from chronic fatigue as well as that head thing,the nausea tablet is the worst for making me sleepy but if i dont take it i get so dizzzzy i have switched my tv onto a music channel and getting lionel ritchie-truly,brings back a lot of memories
