my wife is heavily pregnant,,she has lost her good looks and has put on loads of weight,,is this normal,,she was very beautifull before , a real stunner but shes lost it,i hope she gets her looks back,her face has ballooned up really big and she doesnt look the same,,off course i still think shes attractive and i love her with all of my heart but i just want my wife back the way she used to look...

Well you're being exceptionally threatening to the users of the answerbank, so I'm not quite sure why you didn't defend your wife against those two awful girls.
And I hope your later posts have been truthful about loving your wife, because she needs you more than ever at the moment.
If I ever found my fiance speaking about me in this way, I'd be devastated, this is the kind of thing that starts eating disorders. People told me I was fat and ugly (despite being extremely petite) and I got so involved in it, that I felt something had to be done, so I lost a lot of weight, to an unhealthy point, with an anorexic state of mind. And was later diagnosed with anorexia.
Support your wife, love every second of being with her, tell her she's beautiful. And don't ever say anything that you've said on here, it WILL scar for life.

it seems like tatu has just asked a simple question...hes worded it a bit badly admittedly, but its a fair enough question all the same...he has seen the his wife not only put on pregnancy weight, but appear to have ballooned to such a size that she cant walk properly!
...now most women dont do this - so of course hes going to wonder whether this is especially unusual...

also whether you like it or not, we all have tastes and a sense of attraction, an pretending we dont mind our partner becoming more or less the opposite to how they were when you first met doesnt really solve anyhting....nor does not acknowledging you feel that way

of course a change in their appearance shouldnt stop you loving them in the slightest, but you cant blame someone for wondering if it is likely to be permanent!!

i love my boyfriend but if he suddenly put on 6 stone i doubt id still fancy him...would still love him though...

hopefully tatu now realises that this is unlikely to be a permanent change an not to think anymore about it - and to support an undertstanfd that this is just something that happens to women during preganancy

I just find this question completely juvenile. Women typically gain between 25-35lbs during pregnancy - the majority of which is put on in the last 3 months, clearly that is too much to bear for this plank. I feel for the wife of this imbecile. Being pregnant is no walk in the park, and the support of those closest to you is really quite important, so for this limp-dicked man to whinge about his wifes face being fat, would probably devastate the poor women. I just wish she realised what a true gem of a man she has shackled herself to, its such a shame that they will share the bond of a child eventually, because believe me, I would run for the hills if I were her. Unfortunately sharing a child does tend to make the bid for freedom a bit trickier.

Strangely, I look better now pregnant, than I did before. Although I have my bump, my actual body has lost weight and my skin is brighter and clearer.

Tatu, you made your wife pregnant and you need to be sympathetic and understanding. She probably doesn't feel so good about herself either. It's your responsibility to make her feel loved, wanted and attractive, even if you don't think so. She's probably feeling very vulnerable right now.

They dont develop acne, or a limp, or some severe deformity. Im sure you wouldnt fancy your boyfriend if he put on 6 stone - but lets be fair, this is A BABY, which makes you temporarily weigh maybe a couple of stone.
