Poor you - I remember it well!
We moved when our two had just turned 1 and 2 it was a nightmare - then we did it all over again when they were 2 and a half and 3 and a half. The first time I was working full time, and commuting 50miles to work each day, my husband was working evenings and weekends and we didn't live near any family. The second time I was a bit closer to work but spent 2 or 3 nights away every 2nd week and my husband was looking after the kids and trying to deal with his mother who had depression and alzheimers and lived a 2 hour car journey away. Still no family near by.
We have stayed put for neary 5 years now which is a bit of a record for us. I am getting itchy feet again though, we just need a hint of an upturn in the housing market, and I think we will be on the move again (we went to look at houses last weekend!!)
Anyway, if you are anywhere near me , I would glady give you a hand, if not, just velcro them to the carpet for a few hours and that might give you a break.
