I have bought a NGS Trail Blazing wireless keyboard and mouse, which is working simply on plug-and-play, but to get all the bells and whistles working I need to install the CD driver, but it doesn't install. I have two dvd drawers but after insertion it flashes for a second and then nothing, i've tried installing wireless usb, nothing! what else can i do?

Well, it could be a faulty CD, or maybe you have autorun disabled, or maybe they didn't set it up to autorun. Try this:

Ensure that the CD is NOT in the drive
Double-click My Computer
You will see you local hard disks and your CD/DVD drives.
Insert the CD and wait 'til the light stops flashing.
You should now see that one of your optical drives has changed its name to match that of the inserted CD.
If it doesn't, the CD is duff and you need to get a new set of drivers (probably from the manufacturer's web site)
If it does, right-click on it and choose Explore
You should noe see a list of files, and one should have a name conatining the word Setup or Install
Double-click that file, and hopefully the installer will run.
If it turns out to be a duff CD, you can get the drivers from here:

rojash thank you so much, that was so simple after you had explained it. It appears to be installed now, although I can't see much difference! but the extra buttons work, once again thank you.
