if somone has a crimminal record of six months in prision because of robbery and also percention of a weapon and for carrying cannabies and is now getting done for actual bodily harm,, what is the most that they are looking at???

I presume you mean 'possession' not percention as there is no such word.
If the person has already done time for violent offences and they are found guilty of another violent crime they will almost definitely get a custodial sentence.I have no idea of the length of sentence but i'm sure someone like buenchico will be along to advise on that soon enough :)
