How Far Have You Walked Today?

Trying to get fit again i have only walked 4.11km so far hows about you??

ive not walked much today but did do a 4 mile bike ride and done 4 hours ironing ,

hi puddi yes i am fine thanks, i think many people unestimate how far they walk in one day, some days i park my car a good 15 minutes walk from the store but other days i get in early and can park right next to it, but on spring days it's a lovely walk in anyway and so quite good for the soul.

I normally walk about 4-6miles per day

I walk lots first thing in the morning with my dog usually jog. Then running around after my kiddiwinks.

I always do either an exercise tape or some form of exercise 5 days a week

I dont notice it, the golf keeps me busy, I am knackered at the end of it though, its good distraction exercise :D
