Hi, Just thought I would let you know my daughter has lost the baby. She went in today for the scan and was told baby has died. So she is in hospital now having a D & C done.

Many thanks to you all. Have just left my daughter she was let home at 7.30 this evening. She is putting up a strong front but I know it is only on the surface. Her other children where pleased to see her, bless them. I told them this morning what had happened. This is the second time it has happened. But had a little boy, now 3, in between. Many thanks for all your wishes. There must have been a reason for it. but at the moment that does'n't seem much comfort.

Thanks for your concern about me lilacben, that's very kind given what you are going through now. People kept saying there was a reason for it happening, but it's difficult to see. I hope your daughter is feeling better, both physically and emotionally soon. When it happened to me, I had a lot of support from my family and it sounds like your daughter has too. I got a lot of strength from my son, and yes, I am doing much better now thanks, nearly 27 weeks pregnant with number 2, so I hope this is a sign that there is always hope for the future.

god...just having a cry...my 6 year old is just in bed...and my 8 week old...who has not been very well & has had 1st jabs on top of it is asleep nx door.
I to had a miscarriage xmas 2007 just as I told my daughter we were having another baby ( on xmas day as a extra suprise)
I wanted to stab any pregant woman I saw I couldnt look at them or babies...Its a real sh!tta. It still hurst now even tho I have my 2nd baby after it.
