All the so called automatic sharpeners are normally rubbish and will destroy the edge on your knifes, a steel and/or an oil stone is the only way to properly sharpen a knife

I got this set from qvc and am very pleased with them. I am a bit hamfisted and couldn't get on with a stone at all, ir one of those butchers steel things. This kit is fast and easy and leaves a good edge very quickly
