Hi, thanks to all the replies.Ive just solved the problem.Been in contact with the Tech Guys at Currys. If you type `uninstall flash` in search engine, should come with `how to uninstall flash etc..` on adobe website. Clink on link. A 4 step plan will come up, on step 1 it will have different links for different programs i.e windows etc. Click on link an option will appear to run or save, SAVE NOT RUN,then close internet. Find the `uninstall Flash Player` you`v`e just saved double click and press continue. That should uninstall anthing that prevents the flash player working. Then go back to reinstall flash player 10. Should work. Alernatively go onto TOOLS on th right of right of the web page, internet options, advanced tab, reset internet settings, then try to install flash player. Hope this helps anyone having the same problem.
