voicemail transfers me to caller???

hi, at the minute i am involved in a 'debt management plan' and am payin off my debts. i keep getting calls from a debt collection agency, and have been ignoring their calls. i had 2 voicemails on my landline from them, and both times it transfers me from MY voicemail - to their office... even though i have not dialled a number. so this means i cant listen to my other voicemails, as i have to go back to message 1.... .do u get me? lol.... can i stop this happening?? i didnt even know this could be done!!

do you owe the telephone company any money as thats what they do so you cant make any calls.

no, i just owe money to credit card, loans etc. oh well.... was just wondering, as i didnt know they could do this

can you not just delete the message without listening to it? u should b able to do it.

try phoning them from a different number and ask whats going on

Nightmare, aren't they!? They're quick enough to lend it out, though, eh?
1. Delete the message from landline phone menu.
2. Call bar the number with BT.
About the only things I can think of .. apart from paying up asap.

thanks all... im with sky phone, and am going to ask them if i can change my number. i am by no means running away from the situation, as i am making regular payments with the help of a third party, but this is rediculous. iv usually got my phone unplugged as the ring and ring and ring.... grrrrr!!!!
