I am trying to find out what oil to put in my Fiat Punto 1.2 w reg, I know it is 10w/40 but is it synthetic or part synthetic that i need? Thanks

Synthetic is better Harry.

semi synthetic is perfectly suitable, fully synthetic is 'overkill', a 1.2 wouldnt really benefit. my girlfriend ran her 1.2 elx (x reg) on semi synthetic for 3 years without any trouble at all. if interested have a Haynes manual for sale for your car if needed
