Still there, still gushing forth. Will drive home early Saturday. Still 90 minutes for the roof to fall in, but I'm feeling optimistic.

Do you know I typed out a question on the very subject! I think something distracted me and I didn't post it. It is a date that some people really look forward to, as they go to the opposite of the superstition and are sure lovely things will happen. I used to work for such a bloke. I wanted to know how ABers felt about it nowadays, or is it a superstition (or the knowledge of it) that has died out? Obviously not, in the case of three ABers plus me.
spudqueen: I try never to iron things these days. I don't have a garden line now, and if I'm careful with things out of the dryer, I can manage! Therefore a broken iron is a remote possibilty for me.
