I am stuck on one (assuming that I have the other ones right!). 16d -R-E-E-Y (8 letters). Now a rare term for a place where plants are reared, kept or exhibited. GREENERY is the only word that seems to fit.

I thought of Orangery at one time but it would make a large part of my answers wrong. I am not conceited, it is just that they are in Chambers or Britannica, in the main.
Perhaps you have seen Lie-in King's answer which was posted at 21:27 on Saturday, where he gives the answer as "GREENERY". Usually the clue is taken from Chambers if it is a dictionary definition. I cannot get the free OED Online dictionary but I have a Chambers at home!
