A couple of years ago the heels on my feet started to feel numb and tingle. Doctor said nothing wrong and eventually they went away. Well, I've got the same feeling again. Anybody any suggestions on what this could be? Thanks in anticipation.
Jenna - good food for thoughts. I was on holiday in New Zealand for 4 weeks and was wearing walking boots and sandals amd doing a lot of walking. On reflection this started after I came back to work shoes so will have a look at wearing different sorts.
I wear flat shoes but perhaps need some more supports
Dont know what iot maight be, sorry. But I have had foot problems before that doctor could not diagnose or help. If it is causing you problems then you could ask doctor to refer you to a podietrist (foot specialist). They were wonderful for me and sorted my heel problem (felt like I had an embedded drawing pin in there for months, plus had leg and hip issues) . If doctor wont refer you you could go privately.
