Hi, apparently it's an american radio personality called Garrison Keillor. He also does ads and voice over work.

He's got a wonderful voice, but if you google a picture of him, well, he doesn't look like you expect him to.

I love those ads.

Also love the skoda ad. with the car made of cakes! Genius.
