......stoke that's bl000dy unions for you.....of course everyone wants more that's just human nature I guess but some of us are only in a union for insurance purposes eg if you take a group of students on a field trip and one gets hurt in an accident they can personaly sue your ass off if you're not in a union....lose your house the lot......
