Red Square Green Triangle Blue Circle

When I go on to some websites to play their videos in Internet Explorer , I get the above set of symbols in the top corner. Otherwise, the videos play okay in Netscape & Firefox. Any suggestions please?

Check about some internet settings:
> Open Internet Explorer
> Tools
> Internet Options
> Go to Advance tab
> Check out the box "play videos in web pages"
