Each of my Toms was neutered at 8 months and after a morning at the vet's and a day at home they were fighting fit to go out and face the world.

Mine was done last year on a thursday morning and the vet said he should be ok to go outside by the saturday.

My Merlin was neutered Tuesday March 7th this year, the vet told me to keep him in doors for 48hrs, it was hard as he was crying to go out from the moment we brought him home.
