.....the foolproof way to post music/video whatever from you tube; find the item you want in You Tube,go to the box on the right with URL beside it, click in the box it will turn blue, press control ( Ctrl ) and C on your key board, go back to AB post answer and click in the (Optional) Enter You Tube Video Url box and then press control and V, jobs a good un.........

I can do that. What I can't do, is get the post onto Youtube in the first place.
