I would guess, although I've never used it, that it wouldn't be that good. All of these DIY products are by nature a compromise. Don't expect a great finish, but there again it's cheaper than getting your walls re-plastered!
buy something called easi fill in a green /white bag at b&q for 11, its a large amount for diy use but the product is very good. its in the plaster isle
Get a quote to have your walls skimmed instead. Your walls will be like new and it won't cost the earth.
Just done a room last week...it needed quite a few sections skimmed over after the lining paper was removed.

I used easi fill...Just used a straight edge to level it before troweling it smooth
There was a bit of sanding to finish it off when it was dry...we carried on to paint the walls ....but I was impressed with the finish...
the plasterer that put me on to easifill told me not to treat it like skim and go for a flat finish but to leave it proud as its so easy to sand down.
very dusty though
The product is very good ,the application is the problem, a plasterer would make a superb job and if its a small job you could as well????????
