Red spots on feet

Hello. I have got tiny little red spots on my feet and ankles. They are not raised - look like little blood spots. They are not itchy or irritating. Any ideas? Thanks

Apparently thats not a real thing, lol. It doesn't come up with anything. There was a cherry one. They are nothing like that. They are like tiny pin prick size.

I get them, then they turn brown and the skin peels off. I have no idea what they are but I must admit I get them in the summer so I think it is something to do with the heat.
