why would it not be?
thats nothing to do withwhat i ask its about mot.i am saying if you had a insurance policy you have to quote a vehicle reg number etc to get the policy.therefore if you then sell the car and have no vehicle is the policy still in operation,can you still drive someone elses car as third party,as i see it if you do not have a car how can you be insurred anyway.
