Hi, I have a Vauxhall Corsa 98 Breeze 1.2 8v, the problem is, when i start the car up, I can hear a trickling of water coming from just infront of the dashboard.

Does anyone know what this could be?

Thanks

I've heard that sound, with one of my cars, as well.

It took me ages to realise that it was the power steering fluid pumping out of the reservoir.

It's probably nothing to worry about. (It just seems to be a 'sign of old age' with some cars). But it would still be sensible to check the fluid level, to ensure that there's not a leak.

its probably the water circulating through the heater matrix which on most cars is located behind the dashboard
