Is it only slow on the internet?

If you are not connected to the net, do you access your files and programs quickly and easily? Is your software operating as it should?

Are you sure it is a problem with your pc and not your internet connection or the web site you are trying to access?

software seems to be ok

its slow to boot up
and to dow load web sites

The problem is francisqq, it is impossible to tell from your description if the problem is your computer, or a slow internet connection, or even a problem with the websites you look at.

If your computer is loading and running your software programs such as word processing ok I would say your pc is fine.

Have you tried a different browser? Try IE and see if there is any improvement.
