This is probably completely off of the answer,BUT,on the standards that the Roam Legions carried was an Eagle above a star,between which were the initials SPQR.
Quite what the rest is though I don't know,but I might jog someones memory?
It might be that that SPQR was in the question as a red herring,and I caught it? LOL

Many of you have seen the question below posted on the site several times by a variety of users...

Please just simply ignore this/these individual/s and report the post, they clearly have to much time of their hands and find themselves entertaining for some reason!

We should all know the answer by now but if there is anyone still struggling to work it out - answer number 7 on a telephone keypad!
