I have just sold some of the kids DS games for them. I said I would offer a postal reduction for multiple purchases. I have one buyer who has bought two games and I want to take some money of the combined price. I have already sent the invoice for the first item and when I try to take money off the 2nd invoice it isn't working. I have tried changing the amount in the postage box and I have also tried giving a seller discount - neither is taking any money of the invoice.

Any ideas?

stick a 5 in with the games?
what about the buyer sending you the part of 'asking for an invoice ' can you do a reduction that way?
Question Author
carrot, a fiver! haha - that's about the total cost of the games.

thanks jd - I have sent the buyer an email asking them to do that - will see how that goes - just a bit frustrating when it looks so simple!

okay. figured it out - you need to not press "recalculate total" and it is fine - cheers guys!
