We have recently changed to a SKY telephone package, the change over date being today (21/04/2009) how do we know if the line is now with SKY as opposed to BT?

You will find you will still be billed by BT for line rental, calls will be billed by Sky.

easy ... phone will stop working and be almost impossible to report as faulty

i had bt for ages and had nothing but trouble and couldnt get any joy from the customer services, changed to sky and no probs at all. i pay sky for my line rental as well, so dont have two bills as fadeout says, and its cheaper, are you with bt for line rental or sky??
