I am into breadmaking every Sunday and, although I have tried most methods, I keep going back to buying packets of Wrights ready prepared flour which only needs to be mixed with warm water.(Yeast is in the mix,).....My favourite mix is the firm's Ciabatta to which I sometimes add other ingredients such as, Sesame seed, Sunflower seed, Cheese etc and ,although the packet is for two standard Ciabatta loaves, I cook the contents as a single standard loaf in a tin; not as intended on an open tray....It is really good: well I like it and Viv hasn't complained..........Ron
