Potential pension from 50 years ago

My wife worked for a mail order catalogue co. for 8 years between 1966 and 1974. Is there any way of tracing the now defunct co. (Brian Mills) to see if they had a pension scheme operating at that time.

Brian Mills were I think part of the Littlewoods Group (IIRC their catalogue was just the Littlewoods one rebadged) so it could be worth trying them.
