^ Good helpful answer, I'll bet you are glad you asked now.

Bear in mind though, that this is a pot-bellied tattoed hair-all-over baboon with the brain of an eight year old.
Depends on the area as different schools have different holidays. Best to ask the particular school.
Look on your local authority's website - although all areas are different on the whole the main holidays are very similar.
Autumn term
Wednesday 1 September - Friday 22 October (38 days)
Monday 1 November - Friday 17 December (35 days)
Half term: Monday 25 October - Friday 29 October

Spring term
Tuesday 4 January - Friday 18 February (34 days)
Monday 28 February - Friday 8 April (30 days)
Half term: Monday 21 February - Friday 25 February

Summer term
Tuesday 26 April - Friday 27 May (23 days)
Monday 6 June - Friday 22 July (35 days)
Half term: Monday 30 May - Friday 3 June

Total: 195 days

Children should attend for 190 days (or 380 sessions) each academic year. Teachers should be available to work for 195 days each academic year.

Bank Holidays
Christmas Day 27 December 2010
Boxing Day Holiday 28 December 2010
New Year 3 January 2011
Good Friday 22 April 2011
Easter Monday 25 April 2011
May Bank Holiday 2 May 2011
Spring Bank Holiday 30 May 2011
Summer Bank Holiday 29 August 2011

This should help, I guess most schools are the same, except for the inset days, but I would check with the school, if they have a website it should be there.
