When witnessing a will does the will have to be read in front of the witnesses before all parties sign? Thanks in advance.

There is no need for a witness to read the will at all.

He simply has to witness the signing of the will. It is perfectly acceptable to cover the body of the will whilst the signing is done.

No, they are only witnesssing your signature, not the content.

Remember a witness to your will must not be a beneficiary as well.
