Protein Treatment
6 Answers
Hello! I've heard of a so called 'protein treatment' for hair. What exactly does it entail / do? You see I've got split ends and my hair is quite dry and frizzy so I'm trying to find something that will condition it well but I don't want to waste my money. If anyone's had it done somewhere good can you tell me where? Thanks very much x x x

Ok - so often is an exaggeration - but enough people notice the difference. And it always feels nice. It also seems to go a day without a wash without being totally gross - it never did that before. I have mine done at a salon in Cheltenham. I don't think I can tell you the name as we're not allowed to advertise. It's not a chain. However, it is the best salon mum and I have ever used. (Opposite Cheltenham Town Hall, initials SH for anyone local to Chelt). I say go for it - it usually gets applied via a head massage too - always a treat! :-)

Mmmm - the girl/lady just says "do you want protein treatment" and I say "yes please"!! The salon uses Bumbles (?) products so it may be one of theirs. Of course the protein treatment quality may vary brand to brand, but it's very rare for salons to offer more than one brand anyway. Good luck - and enjoy the glossyness! :-)
