Looking for a dance tune with the words 'person to person'

I was in a music shop recently and heard a dancey type tune that I liked. I checked what the album was that was playing but cant remember the name of it! I think the name of the album was in french and the tune I heard had the words "person to person" in it. They said it a few times - like i said not much to go on but if anyone can help id be very thankful. BTW it wasnt a hardcore dance song, but had a heavy bass beat.

"Person to person, woman to man..." There is such a song, don't know if it's dance or what but the title is "FINAL EYES". Associated with something called "YES - Big Generator." I don't know - is that a Euro pop group?
