Ex made redundant

My ex has recently been made redundant, he has been making regular maintanince payments for his son so this will obviously stop or be reduced.
His wife will probably start working full time as a teacher and my ex may possibly become a house husband.
Where will I stand with maintaince for our son?

Out of pocket i would say !! Your ex's partner is not responsible for making maintenance payments - it is down to your ex and if he has chosen not to earn, you will lose out I am sure.
