Im planning on a trip to Disneyland Paris in September. Going to put deposit on it tommorow, but im a little apprehensive. Basically i just dont want to put my family at risk incase this swineflu gets anyworse over the next few months.

I would think if we are all doomed with this flu (which I don't think we are) then you may as well catch it in Disneyland and have fun. If swine flu takes hold in Paris then it would probably have taken hold in the UK.
Hi Busybee

Just booked our family summer fling, busybee..........

You may lose the dates you need to go, so i would just go ahead and book it, but cover yourself with insurance and pay by visa card as some credit card companys can give you refunds if cancelled too.
You could ask the travel agent when you go to put your deposit down, to hold it for a week or so if possible ....they may reserve it for you, you never know.......otherwise if you are really worried about it, just book nearer the time you intend to go, but cost may have gone up or no availability possible.

If everyone thought that though, knowone would go away at all! ( perish the thought) .......I'm in the canaries in three weeks time! Dont worry and have a great time. x
:0)
get yourself over to france as they have no confirmed cases at the moment and we have 5, so it's probably safer there!!
we're off to france and spain in 2 weeks, for 2 months, and nothing, even swine flu, is going to stop us going.
Thats the spirit, ethandron.....

:0))))))
I was saying to my bf we should book our summer holiday to Mexico now for the end of the year, it'll probably be cheap!
Hi Caj xx

Hope you're well, sweetheart!

Go for it, as it will hopefully all blow over soon.Let's hope!

:0)
dont worry. as the summer heat comes it is harder to transmit. book it
Hi yogi.bear!

Having a few miserable days but hopefully all will right itself soon :o) xx

A summer holiday is just what we all need to look forward to and we could all probably catch it wherever we are anyway so get booking (that's if the credit crunch hasn't drained you!)
THAT is a great user name, anus....and you are correct, of course.

:0))))
I plan to go sailing down the west coast of France in July - I'm not going to change any plans unless advised to specifically. (But then again, I will have no deposit to lose so not quite the same scenario.....)

My real reason for replying is to ask the poster before why he has called himself 'anus'.
Strange.... ;-)

Hi again Caj x

Ah thanks, I needed that hug! :o)

I put a question in B & S this morning which explains all xx
Ok, Caj .....going over to b and s to read it now!! xxxx
Thank you xxx
We are off to France in 2 weeks, nothing will stop me going. France has got one of the best health services in the world, so if I catch it my chances are better in France than here.
